Welcome to Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa’s Virtual Art Show!

Celebrate your creativity with Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa’s first ever Virtual Art Show! GSGI invites all registered Girl Scouts to participate and submit art work to be featured in the virtual art show.

The GSGI Virtual Art Show is a juried art exhibition for Girl Scouts in the GSGI council. Ten Girl Scouts will be selected as Outstanding Artists and be awarded an art supply kit worth up to $100, a certificate of achievement, and an exclusive patch.

All Girl Scouts that submit artwork will be featured in the Virtual Art Show gallery and receive a certificate of recognition and an exclusive patch. Certificate and patch to be mailed in May.

The 2021 GSGI Virtual Art Show is now closed for submissions.

The theme for the Virtual Art Show is Make the World a Better Place. Girl Scouts should use the theme as a guide - creating artwork of what Make the World a Better Place means to them. We ask that all artwork incorporate the theme in some way, but the interpretation is completely up to each artist!

Please review all Rules and Guidelines prior to submitting.

Thank you to the Iowa Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, for their continued support of art education.

The Virtual Art Show is funded in part by a grant from the Iowa Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.
